Hi, I'm Erin! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and I provide individual and group therapy for adults using DBT, ACT, and a trauma informed approach. I also specialize in ADHD coaching and managing executive function challenges. I have my Master's degree in Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders, and my practice remains strongly rooted in community support. In addition, I am certified as a Therapeutic Game Master and offer therapeutic Dungeons and Dragons groups based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) principles. With many years of experience serving New Hampshire residents, I believe in transparency and honesty in my practice, and I will work with you to give you the tools to better manage your life, relationships, and emotions.
